I have never received any sort of therapy and initially was interested in  the concept but at the same time, slightly sceptical as to its benefits. From our initial session I could fully relate to the techniques Tina provided and the coping mechanisms to be able to deal with stressful situations. I have been able to apply these techniques to my every day life which already is having a positive impact.
