I offer an approach involving Hypnosis, CBT and Mindfulness techniques. These techniques will help you increase your self-awareness, self-efficacy, and problem-solving skills. The therapy journey includes skills training with the goal that you will become your own therapist using self-hypnosis, CBT and mindfulness techniques. The training will provide you with improved coping skills and resilience being able to recognise warning signs and act using the coping skills to prevent potential relapse.

I am committed to offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where together, we can identify and explore the possible reasons for the struggles that block you so that you may feel free and more confident about yourself. Together we will identify and explore your challenges and difficulties at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

I offer 1-2-1 sessions tailored to your needs either through Zoom or face-to-face sessions in the W1 Central London area. Online sessions offer you the comfort of your own home, a cheaper hourly rate, more flexible times and is as powerful as face-to-face sessions.
